To use the New Relic iOS app, log in with your existing New Relic credentials. All associated accounts will automatically be accessible within the app.
Set-up push notifications for Alerts customers:
- You can customize push notification settings for each application
- Log in to your New Relic account using a web browser
- Go to Alerts
- Select Notification channels
- Ensure your USER is included as a notification channel
- Choose the Alert policy you want to be added to
- Add your USER to that notification channel for the policy
Adding New Users:
- Tap on your Account name
- Select 'ADD USER' at the bottom
- You will be redirected to the login screen
- Login with a new email address as usual
